Welcome to Relee Studio. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of releestudio.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us
Relee Studio is a handmade porcelain jewelry studio based in New York. Every charm is designed, shaped, glazed, and finished by hand.

Handmade Products
Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly alike. Small variations in shape, color, lettering, glaze, and gold detailing are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. We do our best to photograph our work accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Drops and Availability
Our pieces are released in limited drops and quantities are small. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; items are sold on a first come, first served basis and are only secured once checkout is complete. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable New York State sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email hello@releestudio.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under our Shipping + Returns policy.

Shipping and Returns
We currently ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on all US orders. Please see our Shipping + Returns page for full details on shipping, damaged items, returns, and refunds.

Care and Safe Use
Porcelain is durable but can chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Please see our Care Guide for how to look after your piece. Our jewelry is not intended for children and contains small parts that may be a choking hazard. Relee Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.

Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, text, and content on this site belong to Relee Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relee Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
