SHIPPING + RETURNS

Processing Time
Every Relee Studio charm is handmade in small batches in New York. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after a drop closes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Within the US
Shipping is free on all US orders. We ship via USPS with tracking on every order, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once your order ships.

Your charm arrives in plastic-free packaging, carefully cushioned to protect the porcelain on its way to you.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and would love a charm, email us at hello@releestudio.com and we'll let you know when international shipping opens up.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to track it down. Relee Studio isn't responsible for packages marked delivered, or for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, so please double check your shipping details.

Arrived Damaged?
Porcelain is sturdy, but accidents in transit happen. If your charm arrives broken or damaged, email hello@releestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Returns
Because each charm is one of a kind and made in limited drops, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your charm must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Please email hello@releestudio.com before sending anything back, and we'll share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and timing after that depends on your card issuer.
