Your RELEE Studio charm is handmade from high-fire porcelain, glazed, and finished with real 22K gold. With a little care, it's made to last.

Wearing Your Charm

• Put your charm on last, after lotions, perfume, and hair products.

• Take it off before swimming, showering, bathing, or working out. Chlorine, salt water, and sweat can dull the gold over time.

• Remove it before sleeping, cleaning, or anything where it might get knocked against a hard surface.

Protecting the Gold
The gold detailing is fired onto the porcelain, but it's a thin layer and can wear with friction. Avoid rubbing the gold edges against rough surfaces, and never use jewelry polish, abrasive cloths, or ultrasonic cleaners on your charm.

Cleaning
Gently wipe your charm with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a slightly damp cloth with a drop of mild soap, then dry it completely.

Storing
Store your charm on its own in its RELEE Studio box or a soft pouch, so it doesn't scratch or chip against other jewelry.

If It Breaks
Porcelain is strong, but it's still ceramic and can chip or break if dropped. If your charm arrives damaged, see our Shipping + Returns page. Accidental damage after delivery isn't covered, but reach out to hello@releestudio.com and we'll see what we can do.
